Patriot Performance Training - Winter 2024

Patriot Performance Training is a group training program that enables improvement in all areas of fitness, including: strength, speed, power, and muscular and aerobic endurance. 

Reach your health and fitness goals with Patriot Performance Training by participating in a guided workout led by our Wellness Coaches in the PWC utilizing the latest fitness equipment and training strategies. 

This program has a cost of $10 it will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The $10 fee covers the Winter Season of guided athletic training and a membership tshirt.

 Training begins on November 7 at 3:45pm in the PWC turf. PPT meets every Tuesday and Thursday through the Winter Season (November-February 2025).

IM Pickleball Fall & Spring - Fall 2024

Pickleball is back at Stevenson!  Intramural Pickleball will begin with open play on Sunday 8/25 in the fieldhouse.  If there is enough interest and player turnout, teams will form and league will be developed.  Play will be on Sundays in the fall on the following dates: 8/25, 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 10/6, 10/20 and pick(le) back up in the Spring on the following dates: 2/23, 3/9, 3/16, 4/6, 4/13, 4/27. Cost to join is $20 and will cover the membership fee for the entire year!  No experience necessary!  Contact Mr. Mehta (jmehta@d125.org) or Mr Latka (klatka@d125.org) for more information! 

Horseback Riding 24-25 - Annual 2024

Horseback riding is a new IM activity. We will go to On Course Academy located in Grayslake (transportation provided), there is no cost to join the club. There will be 1 or 2 trips a month starting on 9/20/24. Each trip has a maximum of 12 students, the cost of each trip is $25. All trips will be on Fridays after school until approximately 6:00pm. You only pay for the trips you sign up to go on; heeled boots for the trips are required.

Once registered, you will need to complete a medical form and two waivers in order to attend any trips. Forms can be submitted to the Student Activities office (Rm1102). If you have any other questions please email ecampos@d125.org.
